A new Interpretation Panel for the Sensory Garden
The new panel reflects all the people who were instrumental in helping us to achieve our Sensory Garden. Many of the members of the Friends of Dartmouth Park are still working in the garden today to maintain this beautiful feature in the Park.
A group of young people from Groundwork UK volunteered in the Park on Friday 16 April.

A big thank you from the volunteer gardeners for their invaluable assistance in making the Park a beautiful green space for the community.

Heart of England Community Foundation’s
The Harry Payne Fund

We are delighted to report that the Heart of England Community Foundation’s The Harry Payne Fund has given us £1,000 towards replacing benches in Dartmouth Park. The Park is very important to our community, particular since the lockdown, and they will love the new benches. It is so important that we get support. It has been impossible to raise funds over the past 12 months and a lot of grants focus on large organisations and not small community organisations like ourselves which are just as important locally.

Spring in the Park

Autumn in the Sensory Garden

The volunteer gardeners have been doing a wonderful job tidying the Sensory Garden. It is looking beautiful in its autumn colours.

Our first trip of the year
We had our first trip last year to Kew on the 15 September in a Covid safe coach and with Covid safe procedures. It was a beautiful day and everyone enjoyed the chance to visit somewhere different. A few photographs mainly showing us relaxing in the shade.
